I never buy food magazines, because they mostly consist of advertising, generalized recycled information and very few things I actually want to eat (and spend time making). I just got Cooking Fresh and made fish thai curry, which was interesting and delicious. I also made quinoa salad I took to a party and many people there prized the dish and wanted the recipe! I am sure I'll be making more dishes from the same magazine and also glad I found Fine Cooking online.

I have been collecting Fine Cooking magazines for many years and believe this edition of Cook Fresh is the best one yet. I honestly believe I will make most of the recipes in this book!
